So. I have driven by here for many many years ! Never stopped in. Kept driving by. Today that changed. My mom needed two front tires on her car 245 65/17. Drove in. It's a tire shop. No Ritz or Glamour. A tire shop ! I walked into the front office. Then around back where I heard motion. I was greeted by a gentleman. The owner who asked how he could help me. I explained it was my mom's car and she needed two front tires. He quickly located the size I need and gave me the choice to pick them out. A really good price. They got to work. The guy in the back is really cool. And the owner and I stood in the drive in area and chatted and talked and covered all topics from family to kids to politics. It was a really good time. The tires were changed. Balanced and installed in under 30 minutes. I am really happy I stopped here and in return made a new friend. Highly recommend !

I've been taking my vehicles to Elias for years, And I take my Mom's car there, Too. He doesn't just sell new & used tires. Him & his technician do general auto repair, also. He runs his business the way you would expect in a small town. Honest. Trustworthy. Fairly Priced. Work is completed as quickly as he can (Obviously, depending on how big the repair is) He goes over & above for his customers both new & existing. As long as I continue to live in the Westland/Garden City area, I will continue to take all the vehicles in our household only to him. Personally, I highly suggest others do the same

Elias and the team at ABC do fantastic work. It’s a no-frills, straightforward shop, but the service is excellent. Elias was incredibly friendly and never pressured me into unnecessary upgrades; instead, he honestly pointed out a few safety concerns and worked with me on the pricing to make the repairs affordable. If you’re looking for a reliable, budget-friendly alternative to the high-priced dealerships or big-box stores, I highly recommend them. Great job on the brakes—thanks, Elias!

I recently visited this tire shop and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options without pressuring me into anything. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my tires and offered fair, transparent pricing.

Ladies, please be cautious when considering this place. I went in to get four used tires. The owner offered to plug one tire for $25 and sell me three additional tires for $65 each. I asked for five minutes to think it over and consult with my husband while he was in the process of plugging my tire. Just two minutes later, he came back and told me he would finish plugging the tire but that I would need to come back another day for the other three. When I asked why, he said it was because I couldn’t decide quickly enough. I explained that I only needed a few minutes to make an informed decision, but he became impatient and unprofessional. At that point, I told him I would take my business elsewhere. He then said they were closing at 2 PM, even though Google states their Saturday hours are until 4 PM. It also took about an hour just to complete a simple tire plug. When I mentioned leaving a review, he said he didn’t care because he gets plenty of business, but then suddenly offered to waive the fee for the tire plug. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. In my opinion, good customer service requires patience and respect for customers, especially when they are making purcha
